Hi, My names Milan. I have 6years of experience as a professional fighter based in hk and have competed in Hong Kong and Thailand. I’ve trained people of all age and background, novice to intermediate. My goal is to help my clients to reach their personal goal, whether itd be learning the skills of martial art or improving their fitness and strengthening their body and mental fortitude.
